Tickets for the VIR Innovation Days 2026—one of the leading industry events in digital tourism—are now available
Munich, February 10, 2026 – It’s that time again: The Association for Online Travel Distribution (VIR) is opening its ticket shop for the VIR Innovation Days 2026, which will take place on June 23 and 24, 2026, at the Design Offices Berlin at Humboldthafen. For two days, Berlin will become a meeting place for decision-makers, thought leaders, startups, and digital experts in the travel industry who want to shape the future of tourism together, discuss trends, and gain new insights.
Under the theme “Vision 2030 – The Future of the Digital Travel Industry,” the goal of this year’s VIR Innovation Days is to shape the future of tourism and to promote the key decisions necessary for long-term success.
Participants can look forward to a diverse program featuring keynotes, panels, discussions, and workshops. Among the highlights is an inspiring keynote on the impulse4travel Manifesto, which will be published on February 19. The focus will be on how tourism and living spaces can be strategically, socially, and technologically developed by 2030. Artificial intelligence will also be a key topic. With a clear eye on the future, the discussion will address the visionary question of how the travel industry will evolve: How are booking processes changing? What expectations will customers have in five years—and what will then become the new standard? At the same time, the focus will also be on the here and now. In a workshop format, current realities of AI will be examined, supplemented by learnings and best practices, beliefs and internal company rules, as well as procedures for the use of AI. In addition, the VIR will work with experts to explore how technologies, changing customer expectations, and new business models can contribute to a more sustainable, resilient, and responsible ecosystem—for companies, employees, and the entire industry.
The VIR Innovation Days are aimed at anyone who wants to actively shape the digital future of tourism and engage with the industry.
Tickets are now available online. The two-day ticket costs 189 euros for VIR members and 399 euros for non-members—the ticket price includes the program, food and drinks, and the evening event.
