We are delighted to introduce our valued team member today: Michelle, a highly talented individual with roots in Bolivia. Six years ago, she decided to come to Germany to settle here after completing her studies and gaining her first professional experience. She spent her formative childhood and teenage years in Bolivia before taking the bold step of steering her life’s path toward Germany.

Her career in the German tourism industry began when she managed the operations of a free walking tour company. The challenges she faced during the COVID-19 pandemic served as motivation for her professional growth. Michelle has held positions at well-known companies such as lastminute.de and weg.de. Since last year, she has been enriching our team at holidayheroes.de as Store & Content Manager and is now ready to grow alongside a brand-new brand in the industry.

Michelle’s multicultural background, shaped by Bolivian, Brazilian, and German influences as well as her Jewish roots, has played a significant role in shaping her personality. This multifaceted heritage, combined with her passion for learning about new cultures, enables her to understand and respect diversity. She herself emphasizes that her worldview has been broadened by these diverse experiences.
